By accessing or using GraphIngest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GraphIngest provides a workflow orchestration platform including SDKs (Python, TypeScript, Go, JavaScript, Java), a control plane dashboard, and managed infrastructure for executing data pipelines and AI agent workflows.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access attempts
Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining without authorization

5. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you process through the Service. We do not access, sell, or share your pipeline data. Infrastructure logs and usage metrics may be collected for operational purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

The GraphIngest platform, SDKs, and documentation are the intellectual property of GraphIngest. These Terms of Service govern your use of the platform and all managed offerings. You retain full ownership of your code and data.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraphIngest and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
